Asparagus with parma ham and parmesan cheese 

Ingredients

 

16 Asparagus spears  (4 per person)

Parma ham

Parmesan cheese

 

Method

 

Griddle the asparagus until slightly  charred

Wrap the parma ham around each spear or place on top , then sprinkle with grated cheese and serve
