Garlic Rosemary and Parmesan Crostini

Ingredents

 

1 small panini  ( sliced )     Allow 4 slices per person

1 – 2 garlic cloves crushed

25 g butter, softened

Grated parmesan

Rosemary  chopped

 

Method

 

Melt the butter and mix in the crushed garlic cloves and chopped rosemary

Spread thinly on the slices of panini

Sprinkle  with grated parmesan

Place under the grill for approx. 5 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble/brown.

 

Serve with a chilled Manzanilla
